Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Viking Range Repair, you agree to pay the diagnostic fee ($149) for our technician's visit. This fee covers travel, inspection, and diagnosis of your Viking appliance.

Repair Authorization

No repair work will begin without your explicit written or verbal authorization. We will provide you with a full written quote before starting any repairs. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair cost when you authorize the work.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all labor and a 90-day warranty on all parts installed during your repair. Warranty coverage requires use of genuine Viking parts and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair or for consequential damages.
